Vacuum frying machine is widely used in the production and processing of fruit crisps, the whole process of core equipment. Its vacuum degree can be achieve -0.095 MPa, thereby reducing the frying temperature, enhanced heat transfer efficiency, saving energy, and the quality of the final product has also been improved. High vacuum degree to avoid excessive infiltration of oil materials, so the final products are more crisp and delicious than other similar products. Because of adopts outside loop temperature equilibration heating, Continuous oil spill and high speed oil removing in the one and the same equipment technology, and make the oil temperature keep temperature equilibration( 80-90 celsius, oil quality lustration, grease not to be degeneration. Compare with the last generation equipments the shape of chips is more flat and the color, flavor and nutrition is more fine. The content of oil is lower, quality achieve standard of export. It is an ideal vacuum fry equipment.
